So who is Nneile Nkholise?

Nneile Nkholise is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, Sport activist by passion and a Social Entrepreneur by devotion.
She is the founder of 3DIMO – a sport tech company that provides a tracking and insurance solution for sport athletes during training and at games to ensure that their careers are secured, and for clubs to ensure that their investments are secured.

She is a Harambean, which is a group of elite African entrepreneurs leading entrepreneurial ventures that are impacting the development of Africa and its people. She is also a Forbes Africa under 30 for 2018. She is a Tony Elumelu Foundation fellow.

She was one of the winners in the SAB Foundation Social Innovation awards 2015, and in the development category and people’s choice award. She has been recognised as Africa’s top female innovator at the World Economic Forum on Africa held in Rwanda, 2016. She was also one of the 100 entrepreneurs out of the U.S who were selected to represent their countries at the Global Entrepreneurship summit, 2016.

She has been recognized as one of the top MedTech entrepreneurs in South Africa by Discovery in 2016. Has been recognised as one of the 40 top innovators for 2017 by Ventures Africa. She was awarded the presidential award and Science, Innovation, and Technology award at the South African Youth Awards, 2017.

Beyond entrepreneurship, she is a brand ambassador of the South African government National Development Plan 2030, led by the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, and serves in the board of Rhulani Mokwena Foundation.
